Harlem Summer Nights today named its 2026 vendor cohort, the largest the series has ever put on a single run. Thirty food founders. Eighty percent people of color. Sixty-one percent women-led. Sixty-six percent between the ages of 25 and 44, most of them under 40. Some were running prep out of an apartment six months ago. All of them will be on station at the 125th Street Viaduct starting Friday, July 10.
